Consumers should immediately stop using Deluxe Incline Sleeper and contact Delta Children for a refund or voucher.

Consumers who:

• Purchased the product new within the past 12 months can obtain a $50.00 cash refund, or
• Purchased the product prior to 12 months ago can obtain a $50.00 one-time use voucher towards purchases on the Company website at DeltaChild.com.

The recall is a voluntary proactive action to prevent a risk of suffocation to infants. The Company has no reports of incidents of injury or death on our products below. Infant fatalities have been reported with other manufacturers’ inclined sleep products, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side, or under other circumstances. The model number and lot number of those products affected are listed below. The model number and lot number are printed on a Delta Children label with a blue heart on the back-left leg. (See image)
